How do Miles work?

One discount per order - Miles can't combine with promo codes, referral discounts, or sale prices on the same purchase. You'll get whichever saves you more, automatically. Third-party and collab items may have their own rules, noted at checkout.
Miles earn at your tier rate on every purchase, full-price or sale. Explorer 1×, Rider 1.5×, Crew 2× - no matter what's in the cart.
Once you hit 500 Miles, apply them at checkout to any full-price order. Maximum discount per order is $20 - for now. The dollars are the floor. There's more coming.

Every account comes with a referral link. Share it with anyone - friends, group ride regulars, the person at the coffee shop asking about your tee. No limit on how many people you refer.
Redeeming
When a friend uses your link on their first order, they get $10 off and you get $5 off your next one. Both discounts apply automatically - no codes to enter, no follow-up. Minimum order of $20 to use either reward.

How do I know what tier I'm in?
Log in to your account to see your current tier, Miles balance, and how close you are to the next level. Tier status resets every 12 months based on your rolling Miles earned.
When do my Miles expire?
Your Miles never expire as long as you make at least one purchase every 24 months. We're not in the business of taking back what you earned.
What is Miles Ridden?
Miles Ridden is a feature in development that lets you earn Miles every time you choose the bike over the car. Log a ride, get rewarded. Create your account now - get first access when it drops.
What happens to my birthday rewards when I level up my tier in a year?
Birthday Miles are issued at your tier on the day. If you climb later that year, we'll add the difference to your account automatically - Explorer to Rider adds 50, Explorer to Crew adds 100, Rider to Crew adds 50. No forms, nothing to claim. It just shows up.
What happens to my Miles if you switch loyalty platforms?
Yes. Your balance is tied to your account, not the software we use. If we ever switch platforms, every Mile you've earned moves with you.

In the event of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of program terms, Adventur·ish reserves the right to remove or void Miles from any account. We built this program to reward people who choose to bike instead of using the car - and we intend to keep it that way.
